A unification model of 4D gravity and SU(3) x SU(2) x U(1) Yang-Mills theory is presented. It is obtained from a Kaluza-Klein compactification of 8D quaternionic gravity on an internal CP^2 = SU (3)/U(2) symmetric space . We proceed to explore
the nonlinear connection A^a_\mu ( x, y ) formalism used in Finsler geometry to show how ordinary gravity in D = 4 + 2 dimensions has enough degrees of freedom to encode a 4D gravitational and SU (5) Yang-Mills theory. This occurs when the internal two-dim space is a sphere S^2 . This is an appealing result because SU (5) is one of the candidate GUT groups. We conclude by discussing how the nonlinear connection formalism of Finsler geometry provides an infinite hierarchical extension of the Standard Model within a six dimensional gravitational theory due to
the embedding of SU (3) x SU (2) x U(1) \subset SU ( 5 ) \subset SU ( \infty ) .

Kaluza’s 1921 theory of gravity and electromagnetism using a fifth
wrapped-up spatial dimension is inspiration for many modern attempts
to develop new physical theories. For a number of reasons the theory is in-
complete and generally considered untenable. An alternative approach is
presented that includes torsion, unifying gravity and electromagnetism in
a Kaluza-Cartan theory. Emphasis is placed on admitting important elec-
tromagnetic fields not present in Kaluza’s original theory and the Lorentz
force law. This is investigated via a non-Maxwellian kinetic definition
of charge related to Maxwellian charge and 5D momentum. Two connec-
tions and a new cylinder condition are used. General covariance and global
properties are investigated via a reduced non-maximal atlas. Conserved
super-energy is used in place of the energy conditions for 5D causality.

The cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation yields a precise probe of the universe’s largest structures. The Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) data revealed anomalies at the largest angular scales (> 60º). Statistical analysis showed that there exist statistically significant correlations between features of the microwave sky and both the motion of the solar system and the orientation of the plane of the ecliptic. From a qualitative viewpoint, these anomalous statistical correlations are what one would expect if Sun-caused gravitational lensing were slightly different from the predictions of general relativity theory. Thus, there is a qualitative indication that the Rañada-Milgrom effect is empirically valid.

The Everlasting Theory is the lacking part of the ultimate theory and is free from singularities and infinities. The two long-distance interactions lead to two parallel spacetimes i.e. the Newtonian (NS) and Einstein’s (ES). Due to the inflation, the NS must consist of tachyons. The saturation of interactions of the tachyons leads to the phase transitions of the NS. The succeeding phase transition lead to the closed strings the neutrinos consist of, to ES, cores of baryons and the cosmic objects, the protoworlds, after the era of inflation. The symmetrical decays of the bosons in very high temperatures, lead to the Titius-Bode law for the strong interactions and for the gravitational black holes. There appears the atom-like structure of baryons. On base of these two phenomena and the 7 parameters only, I calculated several hundred theoretical results (physical constants as well) consistent or very close to experimental data. The nature on its lowest levels once again behaves classically. The Kasner solution for the flat anisotropic model (1921) is the foundations of the Quantum Gravity and the Quantum Theory of Fields. The Quantum Gravity was valid in the era of inflation only. The scales in the Kasner solution lead to the phase transitions of the NS and to the transition of the Protoworld into neutrino which caused the exit of the early Universe from the black-hole state. The phase transitions are the foundations of the modified/useful string/M theory. The ultimate theory must contain non-perturbative and perturbative theories. Perturbation theories concern the loop states whereas the non-perturbative theories concern the fermion states so we cannot neglect the structure of bare fermions (torus and ball in its centre). There are black holes in respect of the weak, strong and gravitational interactions. Their masses are quantized so they emit the surplus energy.

Dirac singletons are exceptional irreducible representations (IRs) of the so(2,3) algebra found by Dirac.
As shown in a seminal work by Flato and Fronsdal, the tensor product of singletons can be decomposed into massless IRs of
the so(2,3) algebra and therefore each massless particle (e.g. the photon) can be represented as a
composite state of singletons. This poses a fundamental problem of whether
only singletons can be treated as true elementary particles. However, in standard quantum theory (based on
complex numbers) such a possibility encounters difficulties since one has to answer the following
questions: a) why singletons have not been observed and b) why the photon is stable and its decay into singletons
has not been observed. We show by direct calculations that in a quantum theory over a Galois field (GFQT),
the decomposition of the tensor product of singletons IRs contains not only
massless IRs but also special massive IRs which have no analogs in standard theory. In the case of supersymmetry
we explicitly construct a complete set of IRs taking part in the decomposition of the tensor product of supersingletons.
Then in GFQT one can give natural explanations of a) and b).

In September 2011, OPERA researchers observed muon neutrinos that seemed to travel faster than the speed of light, but in February 2012, re-analysis suggested that a loose fiber optic cable might have caused the problem.
The explanation of the OPERA neutrino anomaly might have 3 alternatives:
(1) There are one or more serious experimental errors.
(2) Quantum field theory is slightly wrong.
(3) General relativity theory is slightly wrong.
Is alternative (3) known to be true? Overwhelming empirical evidence shows that Milgrom is the Kepler of modern cosmology. Combination of the ideas of Fernández-Rañada and Milgrom might explain the OPERA neutrino anomaly, because the GPS timing differs slightly from the predictions of general relativity theory. Professor Antonio Fernández-Rañada and I have exchanged e-mails on the Rañada-Milgrom effect and he wants to be more thorough before going into print. He and I might, or might not, be regarded as implicit collaborators. His ideas seem to indicate that the Rañada-Milgrom effect is approximately correct, but my ideas favor the effect as a precise indication of the existence of alternate universes.
