The Algebra of Non Local Quantum Gravity

Quantum gravity, which necessarily breaks the equivalence principle, is most easily discussed using the hypothesis of non local mass generation. Here we define all the essential elementary algebra needed to understand the new cosmology and its quantitative consequences. There is no dark matter and no dark energy. Mass is quantised much as spin is quantised, and gravity emerges from quantum information.
