The scientific method is based on experiments and on the mathematical processing of the obtained data in the form of mathematical equations. The fact that this method allows us to predict the outcome of experiments with mathematical accuracy, gives us the feeling that we completely grasp the physical processes.
In this introduction to his papers on the physical nature of the basic concepts of physics such as length, time, velocity, mass, linear momentum, energy, etc., the author demonstrates that this self-confidence is based on a circular reasoning: the experimental data agree with our mathematical equations, because the mathematical equations are quantitative expressions of the experimental data. In that way, the mathematical formulation is not necessarily a description of the physical process, but any description that fits in with the mathematical equation.
It is clear that in that way the ‘laws’ of physics, which consist of the mathematical equations expressed in spoken words, will rather give us a logical insight in the mathematical equations than in the underlying physical mechanism.
This quantitative approach has thereby led to the use of an impenetrable, trivial terminology, with weird concepts, such as ‘force field’, ‘energy field’, ‘curved space-time’, ‘dark matter’, ‘dark energy’, ‘creation’ and ‘annihilation’ of particles, ‘multiverses’, etc. .
To come to a real understanding of the physical processes, the author proposes the approach of a natural elucidating physics’ that allows him to define the physical nature of the basic concepts.

To advance a model describing attributes of nature, we are free to claim properties of the model that we believe support those attributes. Absent real experiments we can perform thought experiments to evaluate whether the assumed properties of the model support the attributes we’re attempting to model. At the same time, we must consider alternative models that may also support those attributes. Our model is not validated unless we can invalidate the alternatives. Two models are examined: the familiar Newtonian model of gravity and inertia and the TI field model of gravity and inertia, which is a concept of this author. These two models differ in how matter objects interact with gravity and how each model supports the propagation of nature’s force particles. We look at these two models to determine which supports correctly the time dilation that occurs during four phenomena: the twin paradox, the Global Positioning System (GPS), a clock in free fall in a gravitational field and a clock at rest on the surface of a gravitational body.

In inhomogeneous magnetic fields, NMR produces only imprecise spectral lines. The cause is the rapidly growing phase difference between the many individual signals. These differences are reduced by briefly switching on two auxiliary magnetic fields, which increases the amplitude of the FID signal. Repeated phase inversions significantly improve the duration and SNR of the FID signal and reduce the half-width of the selected spectral line.

Aircraft design is reaching a limit on the greatest airspeed obtainable in the atmosphere. A solution might be to control the boundary layer. During the Second World War, an effort was made to manipulate the layer of air that exists at the surface of aircraft. The system used very small holes along the leading edges of the wings. A compressor forced air through the holes and exhausted the compressed air. This did improve the performance of the planes, but the holes required a great effort to keep clear. Here an effort to control the boundary layer is proposed using the piezoelectric effect. A research effort is described.

In several important previous works [1,2,8-24], each based on the laws of conservation of energy and momentum, the author proposed a new type of rocket engine. The innovated rocket engine extracts energy from the atmosphere as it moves through the atmosphere and uses the harnessed energy to create a powerful propelling thrust. The author shows that if the mass of gas from which the engine is repelled is several times greater than the mass of gas that the engine brakes when receiving energy, then the thrust created by such an engine will be positive. This engine is capable of propelling aircraft to speeds of capable of reaching outer space. In addition, a direct compressor and a motor-generator were invented, in which compression and expansion – the generation of electricity, is produced by an electric field. The author also invented an external rocket-electric motor. All this can make a revolution not only in interplanetary space, but also in future aviation. The cost of fuel is about half the cost of a passenger's ticket in current aviation and almost 90% of the cost of a vehicle-to-space launch. The author uses the word "free" flight or launch in the sense of "without fuel consumption".

предыдущих работах [1,2,8-24], основываяс на законах сохранения энергии и импульса, автор предложил неоычный ракетный двигатель. Двигатель при своем движении извлекает энергию из атмосферы и использует ее для создания силы тяги. Автор показывает, что если масса газа, от которой отталкивается двигатель, в несколько раз больше, чем масса газа, которую тормозит двигатель при получении энергии, то тяга создаваемая таким двигателем, будет положительной. Такой двигатель может разогнать летательный аппарат до космических скоростей. Кроме этого, были изобретены прямочные компрессор и двигатель-генератор, в которых сжатие и расширение – генерация электричества, производится электрическим полем. Aвтором также изобретен внешний ракетно-электрический двигатель. Все это способно сделать революцию не только в космосе, но и в авиации. Стоимость топлива составляет около половины стоимости билета пассажира в авиации и почти 90% стоимости космического запуска. Слово «бесплатный» полет или запуск, автор употребляет в смысле «без расхода топлива».
