Recently, I have shown how to build several types of Universal Gravitational Thruster (UGT); using photon gas; electron gas; Duracap 86103; Metglas 2714A, etc. Here I shown a new type of UGT using H2O or others polar molecules. This became very easy the building of the UGTs.
