In this article, I introduce a new integration method based on algebraic tools. This new integral enables an optimal solution with polynomial complexity P to be obtained for an NP-hard problem. The optimization problem involves minimizing a quadratic form with binary variables. The optimization algorithm is presented at the end of the report. The project concludes with numerical simulations to demonstrate this new concept of an integral, and the R programs are provided in the appendix so that the reader can test the new concept. Applications of this optimization problem span diverse fields such as economics, finance, machine learning and stastical physics (the Ising Model).
