The Michelson-Morley Experiment in the Model of 4D Matter

On the basis of the model of 4D matter it is shown that the effect in the experiment made by Michelson and Morley in 1887 is of the third order with respect to the ratio of the velocity of the motion to the speed of light, but not of the second order as it is accepted to consider mow.
