This treatise is addition to the treatise №6 from (vixra.prg/abs/2411.0127 — "Avicenna’s legacy: Personal (Psychophysical) Model of Human Nature as a Basic Medical Metaphor") from the series "About Ontological and Epistemological Bases of Modern Medicine and Physiology". Its purpose is to generalize what we discussed within this cycle of treatises and to characterize specificity of the physician's clinical thinking.

In the treatise is described the general (psychophysical) model of individual human nature (of the physical nature of the person). It is underlined that the psychophysical problem in medicine was solved in favor of psychophysical interaction in 5 century B.C. at least. It is emphasized that undercover (uncertain) aspect of person’s psycho-physical nature can be interpreted as the sphere of perception and selection of variants of unification of person's nature with nature of External World. With the undercover aspect of human nature, probably, apothatic traditions of theosophy and philosophy and the requirement of a person to base the individual and collective life on various systems of belief are connected. Ontologically we can point out to four main areas of human nature. Area "D" (it is the corporality area, and from here the reality invades the unit nature of person) and "А" area (it is the area where impulses of "I", or "Ego", are born) of reality are connected as two internal aspects of continuous world of Parmenide. Area "C" is area of consciousness, or area of certainties which is perceived by consciousness as internal certainty of Parmenidean Reality. Areas "А" and "C" together constitute the subjective world and we can mean it as unified area of Being an individual, or area of "B". Areas "А" and "C" together constitute the subjective world and we can mean it as unified area of Being, area of "B". Outside of this structural definiteness remains the continuous (hence - organic) unity, which is including areas "А" and "D". Physical human nature is constituted as complex of uncertainties and certainties of areas "А", "D" and "C". This fundamental psychophysical structure is the main metaphor which doctors not absolutely obviously use since ancient times as concept of "individual human nature». This concept has been obviously developed Avicenna.
