The purpose of this treatise is to disclose the main content of treatises №2 and №3 in connection with the ideas of treatise №1. It is discussed a general (psychophysical) model of ontology and epistemology of clinical medicine as a practical science (physician science) and is emphasizing that doctors use it for at least during 25 centuries, although officially regarded that the modern practice of medicine is based on biomedical ontology and epistemology. The primary focus is on the concept of psychophysical non-duality of the nature of living systems as organic units; according to this concept the ontological basis of clinical medicine is reducing to the principle of psychophysical completeness of the individual nature of a person.
