God Words Good Understanding via Letter Theory

In this paper i define how holy books have written and how god speaks, i show the evidence of Letter Theory which we had in the article (LetterTheory, Creating and Describing Mathematical Axioms of a System for Letters which Creates Most Simplified Language with Provable Sentences) and i show that Quran use a primary set to expand itself which proves that Quran can has a letter system. I also define programs which theology should follow to define meanings of Quran sentences and to define meanings of its letters.
