A Concise Chinese Characters Alphabetical Solution

This file proposed a concise Chinese characters alphabetical solution. This solution contains all common Chinese characters. It has about 3,800 characters, and they are much easier to learn than traditional simplified Chinese characters. It has both the advantages of Chinese and English. It also uses square shape characters, but a character contains both pronunciation and meaning. Every character contains only 2 or 3 letters. The stroke count of new characters is much less than traditional simplified Chinese characters, and it will be much easier to write characters. In order to distinguish homophones, most characters have a meaning code. Some meaning codes are used for specified sort of characters. In order to build new square shape characters, this file proposed a new letter form: tinycase. A character can be composed of one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter, or one uppercase letter and two tinycase letters.
