Stenography and cryptography have been used for centuries to transmit, send, hide messages, communication between certain people, groups, governments, as the main objective to protect certain information. Hidden text and common text or in an image, etc. that only the sender and the receiver know them and how to decipher them. This work has a purpose of didactic, scientific and playful application in the use of shorthand and cryptography. The method applied here is random, manual, of fitting each word. Thus, the use of a simple ludic, informative, scientific, didactic “game” can contain secret, coded, directed information, to a specific individual, organization, etc. Thus carrying information in a secret character, which would hardly be discovered by any other individual, organization, etc

Authors: Faiza Rafiq, Shafqat Hussain, Qaisar Abbas
Comments: 13 Pages. very informative artice

The study analyzes students’ attitude towards use of e-learning in higher education in Pakistan. The study was based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).The study was mixed method and sequential explanatory. Questionnaire and semi-structured interview was used to gather the data. Stratified simple random and purposive sampling techniques were used. The sample was consisted of 2180 participants (2160 students and 20 IT specialized teachers). The findings exposed that male students showed more positive attitude towards e-learning in Pakistan in comparison with female students. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has effectively determined students’ attitude towards e-learning. One can fairly suggest if the Government provides financial support, development of IT infrastructure and facilitation by electronic media and resources, than students’ attitude towards e-learning will be more positive.

An Efficient Content, Collaborative-Based and Hybrid Approach for Movie Recommendation Engine

Authors: Rajeev Kumar, Guru Basava, Felicita Furtado
Comments: 21 Pages.

The purpose of the project is to research about Content and Collaborative-based movie recommendation engines. Nowadays recommender systems are used in our day to day life. We try to understand the distinct types of reference engines/systems and compare their work on the movies datasets. We start to produce a versatile model to complete this study and start by developing and relating the different kinds of prototypes on a minor dataset of 100,000 evaluations. The growth of e-commerce has given rise to recommendation engines. Several recommendation engines exist within the market to recommend a wide variety of goods to users. These recommendations support various aspects such as users' interests, users' history, users' locations, and more. Away from all the above aspects; one thing is common which is individuality. Content and collaborative-based movie recommendation engines recommend users based on the user's viewpoint, whereas many things are there within the marketplace that are related to which a user is uninformed of. This stuff should also be suggested by the engine to clients; But due to the range of " individuality ", these machines do not suggest things that are out of the crate. The Hybrid System of Movie Recommendation Engine has crossed this variety of individuality. The Movie Recommendation Engine will suggest movies to clients according to their interest and be evaluated by other clients who are almost user-like. Additionally, for this, there are web services that are capable of acting as a tool adornment.

What to not do in Pediatrics a Periodically Updated Red List

Authors: Andrei Lucian Dragoi
Comments: (Pediatrics Red List - version 1.0 - 13.04.2020 - 1.5 A4 pages without references)

This paper proposes an important RED list of what to NOT do in pediatrics, with the conviction that this red list should be taught from the first year of medicine and repeated in every single year of medical teaching, in all medical universities from all countries worldwide: the work-hypothesis (and the main motivation of this paper) is that insisting on this red list in all medical teaching systems may significantly decrease the rate of medical/pediatric malpractice thus may significantly improve the health status of any child population from any country. This paper will be periodically updated so that to increase the efficiency of this proposed medical teaching method based on the principle that any medical specialty should be taught starting (and repetitively insisting!) on what to NOT do in that medical specialty practice! This paper continues the line of other medical articles/preprints of the same author. This list is mainly addressed to young medical students, but also to young medical doctors, nurses etc. from the beginning of their careers.

Approximating Percentage of Academic Traffic in the World Wide Web and Rankings of Countries Based on Academic Traffic

Authors: Bahram Kalhor, Mohammad Reza Ghane, Alireza Nikravanshalmani
Comments: 15 Pages.

The paper introduces a novel mechanism for approximating traffic of the academic sites (universities and research institutes) in the World Wide Web based on Alexa’s rankings. Firstly we introduce and discuss new method for calculating score (weight) of each site based on its Alexa’s rank. Secondly we calculate percentage of academic traffic in the World Wide Web. Thirdly we introduce and discuss two new rankings of countries based on academic traffic. Finally we discuss about three indicators and effects of them in traffic of the academic sites. Results indicate that the methodology can be useful for approximating traffic of the academic sites and producing rankings of countries in practice. Keywords

The G-Clef (GC) Piano (GCP), GC Harp (GCH) and GC Accordion (Gca) Project (GCP Music Catalog, Including Midi-Mp3 Audio Files)

Authors: Andrei Lucian Dragoi
Comments: (GCP music catalog - version 1.0 - 1.5 A4 pages)

The G-clef (GC) piano/harp/accordion (GCP/GCH/GCA) is a variant of piano/harp/accordion notation in which the left hand (LH) staff uses instead of a standard F-clef (FC), an alternative G-clef (GC), GC 8vb (GC8vb) (aka GC in ”ottava bassa”) or 15mb (GC15mb) (aka GC in ”quindicesima bassa”) which means that LH notes should be played in GC but one or two octaves lower (8vb or 15mb) than written. GCP/GCH/GCA offers a much easier way to learn piano, because GC8vb and GC15mb are both much easier to learn and read than FC in any pedagogical system which initially uses GC to teach all the basic concepts of Western musical notation system. The main article dedicated to GCP/GCH/GCA and GC-based grand staff (GCGS) (together with other GC-based instruments [GCI]) can be accessed here: URL1, URL2, URL3-latest version. • Author's main site: www.dragoii.com; • See also the web page dedicated to all proposed G-clef instruments: www.dragoii.com/gci and www.dragoii.com/gcp • For a full catalog of my music (including non-self music arrangements) see URLs: URL1, URL2 and URL3 (latest version)

Correlation Between Content and Traffic of the Universities’ Website

Authors: Bahram Kalhor, Alireza Nikravanshalmani
Comments: 16 Pages.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the correlation between content and traffic of 21,485 academic websites (universities and research institutes). The achieved result is used as an indicator which shows the performance of the websites for attracting more visitors. This inspires a best practice for developing new websites or promoting the traffic of the existing websites. At the first step, content of the site is divided into three major items which are: Size, Papers and Rich Files. Then, the Spearman correlation between traffic of the websites and these items are calculated for each country and for the world, respectively. At the next step, countries are ranked based on their correlations, also a new indicator is proposed from combining these three correlations of the countries. Results show that in most countries, correlation between traffic of the websites and Papers is less than correlations between traffic of the websites and Rich Files and Size.
