Abstraction, Indexing Process, and Identification are one of important topics, which if explained would be bluffy, but are essential for Bibliographical Methods, and the way we do handle any data, for conviniency in making archival records. Anything, when we do rely on past tense as per our grammer would be archived materials, beginning from our thoughts as well as works. Thus, In this paper, we shall attempt to discuss, how we can make our archives of published materials more systematic in online as well as offline medium.

In this paper, a study on the mass conversion of file names under various conditions that has been raised as a difficult problem in the use of computers is described. This method can deal with the problem of converting filenames that cannot be solved with conventional methods in the fastest time possible.
This method consists of three main steps.
That is, it consists of the process of obtaining the file name, the process of converting the file name according to the required request using the file name conversion formula in EXCEL, and the process of finally converting the file using the converted file name according to the conversion formula. This method is much easier than the previously described conversion method and has the advantage that it can be operated without error on any computer, providing a new premise in future research for data processing in computers.

The article provides a proposal for a database of all 123+ pairs of highways entrances in Slovenia. This database can be composed of hyperlinks to Google Street View. This would help prevent wrong-way driving on highways. Next, it is an example of hyperlinks for 15 such pairs, they are at the intersection of the A2 and E61 highways. This database can then be made even more transparent, and even more quickly accessible. This principle can be extended to all world highways. The usefulness of such a database is also argued. I hope for help from volunteers, Google, Via Michelin, DARS, and others.
