Potent NRF2-Activating Dietary Supplements (Like Resveratrol, Curcumin, Sulforaphane, “Asea Redox Supplement” [ars]) Should be Clinically Tested as Adjuvants in All Types of Medium and Severe Cases of Aggressive Respiratory Viral Infections

This very short medical communication proposes that potent NRF2-activating dietary supplements (like resveratrol, sulforaphane, curcumin, “Asea redox supplement” [ARS] etc.) should be clinically tested as safe adjuvants (in various combinations) in all types of medium and severe cases of aggressive respiratory viral infections (including Influenza A/B/C, SARS, MERS, COVID-19, measles, avian influenza etc., including those patients which have important comorbidities like HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis [TB] etc.) based on their extrapolated cytoprotective antioxidant effects (especially on the main vital organs: brain, heart, lungs, kidneys and liver), including the extrapolated strong cytoprotection offered by ARS on the cardiac muscle of DMD patients (which can be extrapolated to the lungs), like the author of this paper has demonstrated in past papers.

The Vomeronasal Organ Functions in Entropy Dissipation, the Communication by Pheromones for a Feedback by the Pituitary Over Brain Plasticity and the Development of the Unconscious

Authors: Alfred Bennun

A model of human brain evolution should take in account the constitutive separation of two integrated parameters: the one for neuronal synapsis and circuits, from that by a multiple wrapped-around astrocytes and their exchanges. The main function of glial cells is the absorption of the generated, thermal-like breaking of H-bonds, from polymerized water provides the activation energy, coupled for the turnover of structural changes, between hydrophobic and hydrophilic enzyme forms. Thus, increasing rotational and vibrational kinetic activity, on the separated individual H2O molecules, but maintaining a liquid coherence, during circulation within astrocytes until the lower pressure at the vomeronasal organ (VNO) allows phase conversion to vapor, equivalent to entropy dissipation. The summation of the energy generated by metabolites and H-bond consumption allows the brain thermodynamics to support ratios between metabolite concentrations and the electrogenic action potential in dissipative states, within an open system. Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from an evolutive disaggregation of the olfactory bulb, are still present as an olfactory epithelium, adapted for sex pheromones and behavioral responses stimulus on adenylate cyclase (AC) for cAMP-dependent unzipping of the DNA. It is a focused process to create neurons differentiated by where the cAMP is inserted, which creates specific neural circuits. Olfactory epithelium may hold the neurons with 7TM receptors for the saliva or pheromones, reaching the oral cavity with their axons crossing the BBB. This allows cffDNA response through cAMP complexing and messenger RNA expression into polypeptide holding a transitory memory during baby rearing, as a psychosomatic molecular carrier of emotional and communication needs of a newborn, which functions to form an unconscious level, which diversifies individual emotional characteristics, approaching a level of animic personalities, which when age allows a conscious level, could offer differentiable roles for social influences that allow the brain self-plasticity such as literacy.

Dewetting Antibodies Against Viroporins Might Contribute to Decrease 2019-Ncov Infection Spread

Authors: Arturo Tozzi

Dewetting transition is transient phenomenon taking place inside the hydrophobic pores of ion channels that forbids water molecules to cross microscopic receptor cavities and leads to impairment of cellular performance. It has been recently suggested that artificially-provoked dewetting transition in ion channel hydrophobic pores might stand for a molecular candidate to erase viruses, bacteria and cancer cells, and to block autoimmune activities. A novel type of high-affinity monoclonal antibody has been suggested, that is equipped with lipophilic and/or hydrophobic fragments that prevent physiological water flow inside ion channels and targets specific trans-membrane receptor structures of influenza viruses. Here we suggest that these dewetting monoclonal antibodies targeting the 2019-nCoV viroporin channels, sprayed in the nasal cavities, might lead to virion impairment, thus preventing inter-human viral transmission.

The rhodochrosite (MnCO3) shows complete solid solution with siderite (FeCO3), and it may contain substantial amounts of Zn, Mg, Co, and Ca. There is no precedent in the literature on the treatment of tumor tissues by liminating these affected tissues, using rhodocrosite crystals in tissue absorption and eliminating cancerous tissues by synchrotron radiation. The studies that are found are the research papers of this team. Through an unrestricted HartreeFock (UHF) computational simulation, Compact effective potentials (CEP), the infrared spectrum of the protonated rhodochrosite crystal, CH19Mn6O8, and the load distribution by the unit molecule by two widely used methods, Atomic Polar Tensor (APT) and Mulliken, were studied. The rhodochrosite crystal unit cell of structure CMn6O8, where the load distribution by the molecule was verified in the UHF CEP-4G (Effective core potential (ECP) minimal basis), UHF CEP-31G (ECP split valance) and UHF CEP-121G (ECP triple-split basis). The largest load variation in the APT and Mulliken methods were obtained in the CEP-121G basis set, with δ = 2.922 e δ = 2.650 u. a., respectively, being δAPT > δMulliken. The maximum absorbance peaks in the CEP-4G, CEP-31G and CEP-121G basis set are present at the frequencies 2172.23 cm-1 , with a normalized intensity of 0.65; 2231.4 cm-1 and 0.454; and 2177.24 cm-1 and 1.0, respectively. An in-depth study is necessary to verify the absorption by the tumoral and non-tumoral tissues of rhodochrosite, before and after irradiating of synchrotron radiation using Small–Angle X–Ray Scattering (SAXS), Ultra–Small Angle X–Ray Scattering (USAXS), Fluctuation X–Ray Scattering (FXS), Wide–Angle X–Ray Scattering (WAXS), Grazing–Incidence Small–Angle X–Ray Scattering (GISAXS), Grazing–Incidence Wide–Angle X–Ray Scattering (GIWAXS), Small–Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS), Grazing–Incidence Small–Angle Neutron Scattering (GISANS), X–Ray Diffraction (XRD), Powder X–Ray Diffraction (PXRD), Wide–Angle X–Ray Diffraction (WAXD), Grazing– Incidence X–Ray Diffraction (GIXD) and Energy–Dispersive X–Ray Diffraction (EDXRD). Later studies could check the advantages and disadvantages of rhodochrosite in the treatment of cancer through synchrotron radiation, such as one oscillator crystal. Studying them sites of rhodocrosite action may lead to a better understanding of its absorption by healthy and/or tumor tissues, thus leading to a better application of synchrotron radiation to the tumors to eliminate them.
