The Zitter Electron Model and the Anomalous Magnetic Moment

Authors: Oliver Consa

We explore a geometric model of the electron based on internal Zitterbewegung motion. A primary circular motion is combined with a secondary helical motion, producing an effective toroidal structure. Within this framework, we examine the associated electromagnetic fields and the corresponding distributions of energy, momentum, and electric current. These relations are then used to estimate the characteristic dimensions of the model and investigate their effect on the electron’s magnetic moment. The model is consistent with several known properties of the electron and yields a magnetic correction of the expected order of magnitude. Rather than replacing the standard quantum description, it is presented as a complementary geometric approach to exploring whether intrinsic electron properties can be understood in terms of underlying internal motion.
