The Poisson Summation Formula Can Neither Prove Nor Disprove Riemann’s Functional Equation

Riemann and others have used the Poisson summation formula to prove Riemann’s “functional” equation. But because of my latest paper The s-Parameter On The Transform Integrals Is A Constant [1], I’ve realized that the Poisson summation formula can neither prove nor disprove it.
