Pseudo-Pseudo Meigs’ Syndrome in Rheumatology

The Meigs’ Syndrome (MS) described in 1937 by Meigs and Cass was characterized by benign ovarian fibroma, ascites and hydrothorax that resolve after the tumor removal.
