Myths of Physics of the Twentieth Century // Мифы физики XX века

Authors: Bogdan Szenkaryk "Pinopa"

In physics are well-known such concepts as force, electric charge, force carriers, curvature of space. In the article the author shows how due to improper understanding of the meaning of concepts they gained a mythical character. The mythical nature of the physical concepts made the greatest damage in the minds of the creators of physics. And those physicists contributed to the "chutzpah" ideas in physics. An example is the electric charge. Because of excess and loss of electrons in certain places, these places are marked with "+" and "-". For mathematical purposes there was created the concept of the unit of charge. A "mythical" change in the minds of physicists contributed to the creation of quantum mechanics, in which the quark has, for example, charge "+2/3". What is the physical meaning of this kind of determination - what exist in nature and is hiding under this term - don't even know themselves the creators of physics.
