Article is represented without changes. Today not with all stated in the present article the author agrees. In the subsequent articles of the author positions of the author on a problem of the device of the nature and an author's sight at the nature, author's outlook have been specified and concretized. But in essence sights of the author at the nature remained invariable. Understanding of the ideas of this article is available to schoolchildren of the senior classes. В последующих статьях автора были уточнены и конкретизированы позиции автора по проблеме устройства природы и авторского взгляда на природу, авторского миропонимания. Corrections to Model of Turbulence.

It has been recently demonstrated, [3], that according to the principle of release of constraints, absence of shear stresses in the Euler equations must be compensated by additional degrees of freedom, and that led to a Reynolds-type enlarged Euler equations (EE equations) with a doublevalued velocity field that do not require any closures. In the first part of the paper, the theory is applied to turbulent mixing and illustrated by propagation of mixing zone triggered by a tangential jump of velocity. A comparison of the proposed solution with the Prandtl’s solution is performed and discussed. In the second part of the paper, a semi-viscous version of the Navier-Stokes equations is introduced. The model does not require any closures since the number of equations is equal to the number of unknowns. Special attention is paid to transition from laminar to turbulent state. The analytical solution for this transition demonstrates the turbulent mean velocity profile that deviates from the laminar one.

Observing through a telescope the areas of the Universe removed from us, we look in the Universe past. We see these areas during that epoch when the Universe was younger than its modern age. According to the author’s «Theory of the nature» such fundamental physical quantities as the maximum speed in the nature (analogue of a velocity of light in vacuum), the gravitational quantity of the Universe (analogue of the Newtonian constant of gravitation) and Avogadro constant are decreasing with the age of the Universe (absolute universal time). In the present article results of calculation of these quantities are presented to various epoch of the Universe in the form of the table. Наблюдая в телескоп удаленные от нас области Вселенной, мы заглядываем в прошлое Вселенной. Мы видим эти области в ту эпоху, когда Вселенная была моложе современного ее возраста. Согласно «Теории природы» автора такие фундаментальные физические величины, как максимальная скорость в природе (аналог скорости света в вакууме) и гравитационная величина Вселенной (аналог гравитационной постоянной Ньютона) являются убывающими с возрастом Вселенной (абсолютным вселенским временем) физическими величинами. В настоящей статье представлены в виде таблицы результаты расчета этих величин в различные эпохи Вселенной.

New Sound in the Superfluid Helium

The friction sound is considered to be involved in the von Karman vortex street. The non-relativistic and relativistic Strouhal numbers are derived from von Karman's vortex street. The relativistic result follows from the relativistic addition formula for velocities. The friction tones generated by von Karman's vortex street form the fith sound in the fliquid helium II. This sound was still not experimentally observed in superfuid helium II and it means that this sound is here predicted as the crucial step in the low temperature helium II physics of the low temperature laboratories. The electron transport in graphene is supposed to be described by the hydrodynamic form of the viscous liquid allowing the existence of the vortex street. It is not excluded that the discovering of the vortex street in graphene can form one of the crucial discoveries in the graphene physics. By analogy with helium II, we propose that photon is a quantum vortex, or, the Onsager vortexon.

Free Space Optics using Soliton Carriers

The concept of solitons has been successfully utilized in optical communications to handle signal distortion. In this light, the present work explores a signal-oriented perspective of solitons, where it is seen that the impulse responses of semiconductor devices such as PN-diodes and MOSFETs are obtained as solitons. Consequently, a simple circuit involving a single MOS inverter to generate a train of solitons from a sinusoidal input is proposed, designed and implemented in both TCAD Virtual Fabrication and Hardware levels. Following this, the free space optic transmissions of solitons are compared with square and sine wave signals, and it is seen that solitons are able to propagate longer distances with lesser attenuation values. Finally, a soliton free space optic AM communication system is designed and demonstrated in hardware level. The extreme simplicity of the soliton generator circuit owing to its ubiquity, coupled with the longer ranges and lower attenuation values obtained for soliton free space optic transmission forms the novelty of the present work, ultimately leading to next-gen applications such as LiFi.

Generation of Electrical Solitons in 180nm CMOS Technology using Adaptive Bias Controlled Ring Oscillators

The progressive miniaturization seen in the current era of nanoelectronics poses the significant problem of signal distortion. Taking cue from the concept of solitons introduced in recent times in optical and electronic domains, the present work proposed a new perspective on the design of a Solitary Pulse Generator Circuit. The key elements here are Ring Oscillators consisting of CMOS inverters, in whose feedback path a potential divider circuit is inserted. It is seen that the potential divider provides significant altering of Operating Point, thus transforming Ring Oscillators to Adaptive Bias Controlled Ring Oscillators (ABCRO). The output is characterized using waveforms and spectra, and a decent match with conventional hyperbolic secant based solitary pulses is observed. The effect of supply voltage on frequency and power dissipation, and the effect of number of stages are also studied. The simplicity of the proposed design in comparison with conventional soliton oscillators, coupled with low values of power dissipation and consistent frequency of operation form the significant highlights of the present work.

In this work, we explore the nonlinearities arising due to processes and geometry in a 32nm CMOS technology to generate dissipative solitons with extremely simple circuitry. Deep submicron VLSI design and SPICE simulations are done using MicroWind followed by nonlinear data analysis. Finally the generated dissipative solitons are used as carriers in a prototype communication system. The dissipative solitons generated enable state-of-the-art CMOS technologies to relish some of the successes enjoyed by ultrafast nonlinear optical technology.

Material Characterization Using Microwaves

The present work proposes designs and implements a novel microwave based material characterization technique. By connecting a klystron based microwave source to a transmitter antenna, a turn table rotates the sample to be characterized, placed in the radiation field of the antenna, by 360 degrees. A receiver antenna then collects the scattered radiation, and the distribution of intensity for various angles is recorded using power meter. Nonlinear analysis techniques such as spectrum, phase portrait, polar plot and Lyapunov exponents are then used to characterize the crystalline/amorphous nature of the sample. The techniques are validated for nanostructured samples of Titanium Oxide as well as Zinc Oxide based thin films. It is hoped that these preliminary results will lay the foundation steps towards microwave based material characterization, with the significant advantage of lesser health hazard compared with X-Ray based techniques.

Electrical Chirping Induced by Frequency Controlled Chaos in 180nm Cmos

A simple circuit to generate chaos is proposed, with the central principle being the coupling of two sinusoidal signals with mismatched frequencies to two terminals of an NMOS transistor. Standard chaotic characterization performed using Kolmogorov Entropy and Lyapunov exponents reveal that the output is a frequency controlled chaos. By coupling this output with another sinusoidal input to a second NMOS transistor, a clear segregation of frequencies is observed, analogous to the chirping phenomenon seen typically in optical systems. The nature of chirping is investigated using phase portraits, Lyapunov Exponents and distance maps. The extreme simplicity of the proposed circuit coupled with the new phenomenon of chirping being observed as a result of frequency controlled chaos form the main highlights of the present work.

Но от взгляда исследователей пока ускользнул перспективный метод, основанный на исследовании электростатического потенциала образцов. Этот метод заключается в том, что при нагревании или деформации металлических образцов на них возникает электрический потенциал. В работе проведено экспериментальное исследование этого метода и дано его теоретическое обоснование. По программе «Starfish» 9 июля 1962 США взорвали в космосе над Тихим океаном водородную бомбу с тротиловым эквивалентом 1.4 Мт. Взрыв сопровождался возникновением электрического импульса с большой напряженность электрического поля и малой длительностью. В работе проведены эксперименты по обнаружению и исследованию электрического импульса, возникающего при разрядах через разрядники конденсаторов большой ёмкости. Показано, что и при таких разрядах возникает импульс электрического поля, что свидетельствует о возникновении в разогретой плазме унитарного заряда. Данный факт противоречит не только классическим, но и релятивистским преобразованиям электромагнитного поля при переходе от одной инерциальной системы отсчета к другой и может свидетельствовать о том, что абсолютная величина электрического заряда, в отличие от его полярности, не является инвариантом скорости.

Explosion was accompanied by the appearance of electric pulse with the large the tension of electric field and by short duration. In the work the experiments on detection and study of the electric pulse, which appears with the discharges through the dischargers of the capacitors of great capacity, are carried out. It is shown that also with such discharges appears the pulse of electric field, which indicate appearance in the heated plasma of unitary charge. This fact contradicts not only the classical, but also relativistic conversions of electromagnetic field upon transfer from one inertial reference system to another and can attest to the fact that the absolute value of electric charge, in contrast to its polarity, is not the invariant of speed.

Confining is a top-down effect. Particles have to be confined in a region if these are to bond together. Gravity plays the required double role: it confines and bonds. Gravity confines the universe as a single unit and prevents it from disintegrating into its constituents. Thus the universe 'as a whole' has a distinct identity; it controls everything inside it. So there is a strong top-down causal effect inside the universe. The present day physics, however, ignores this crucial factor.
