Physicochemical and Thermal Characterization of Ascorbic Acid: Impact of Biofield Energy Treatment

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) acts as an antioxidant and plays a vital role in maintaining good health. The study was designed with the aim to determine the influence of the Trivedi Effect® on the various properties of ascorbic acid by using the modern analytical techniques. The study sample was divided into two parts. The first part was considered as control (no treatment), while the second part was termed as the Biofield Energy Treated sample and it was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The PXRD peak intensities and the crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -67.75% to 1059.21% and -29.41% to 271.10% respectively, whereas the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 50.67% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle size analysis of the treated ascorbic acid was reduced by 8.23% (d10), 22.07% (d50), 11.64% (d90), and 15.81% {D(4,3)} and the surface area was increased by 15.38% as compared to the untreated sample. The weight loss was 20.57%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 573.99% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperatures were increased by 0.58% and 4.93%, respectively, of the treated sample compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature was decreased by 4.17%; however, the ΔHfusion and ΔHdecomposition were increased by 9.13% and 110.60%, respectively of the treated sample compared to the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment showed the possible formation of a new polymorph of ascorbic acid that may show better solubility, dissolution, and bioavailability, as well as more thermally stable compared to the control sample. Hence, it might be advantageous to use the Biofield Energy Treated ascorbic acid in various nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations to improve their efficacy.

The study aim was to investigate the anti-stress effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated test formulation using behavioral tests, hormonal levels and antioxidants in male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts, one was represented as control, while the other was treated with Biofield Energy by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi (The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing) and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. OFT data showed the frequency of total square-cross was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) increased by 49.11% in the animals per se received Biofield Energy Treatment (-15 days) (G6) compared to stress control (G2). Freezing time was significantly (p ≤ 0.01) reduced by 21.48%, 43.79%, 42.79%, 44.79%, and 58.21% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5), G6, Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (-15 days) (G7), Biofield Energy Treated animals with Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (-15 days) (G8) and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus untreated test formulation (G9), respectively compared to G2. Defecation was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) decreased by 92.01% in the G8 compared to G2. Urination was significantly reduced by 53.19% and 46.81% in the G8 and G9, respectively compared to G2. FST showed the number of climbing was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) increased by 37.5%, 70.83%, 50%, 102.17%, and 68.83% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Swimming time was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) increased by 30.09%, 70%, 17.66%, 83%, and 100% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. The resting time was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) decreased by 21.54%, 50%, 55%, and 63% in the G5, G6, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Corticosterone was significantly decreased by 29%, 26%, 31%, and 36% in the G5, G6, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Testosterone was significantly increased by 275% (p ≤ 0.05), 83%, 70%, 181%, and 164% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. SOD was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 15%, 53%, 57%, 61%, and 58% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Further, CAT was significantly increased by 19% and 14% in the G5 and G6, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggest that Biofield Energy Treatment per se and Biofield Energy Treated test formulation have significant anti-stress activity and could be utilized in various stress related disorders like asthma, obesity, diabetes, headaches, depression and anxiety, gastrointestinal problems, Alzheimer’s disease, accelerated aging, and premature death.

Cefazolin sodium is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic useful for the treatment of many bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to estimate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of cefazolin using the modern analytical technique. Cefazolin sample was divided into control and treated parts. The total weight loss was decreased by 6.57%, but the residue amount was significantly increased by 137.5% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the 1st and 2nd peak was significantly altered by 5.58% and -28.66% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have introduced a new polymorphic form of cefazolin which may offer better powder flowability, smooth surface, and good thermal stability compared with the untreated sample. The treated cefazolin would be a more efficacious pharmaceutical formulation against cellulitis, urinary and respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, endocarditis, joint infection, genital infections, blood infections, etc.

Complementary medicines are accepting world-wide and are used extensively due to its safe and non-toxic nature. The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated (known as The Trivedi Effect®) novel proprietary formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se on male rats. The formulation was divided into two parts, one part was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other part was treated with the Biofield Energy by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation. Experimental groups (G) included G1 with normal control, G2 with disease control, G3 with the treatment of levamisole (positive control), G4 with untreated test formulation, G5 received Biofield Treated test formulation, G6 consisted of Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals (-15 days), G7 received Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, G8 has received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals along with Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, and G9 received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals with the untreated test formulation. The results showed that primary antibody titer value was significantly increased by 60%, 63.33%, 33.33%, and 20% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. However, secondary antibody titer values were significantly increased by 50%, 37.5%, 37.5%, and 12.5% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed significant increase level of rat paw volume by 86.36%, 30.68%, and 14.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Additionally, the platelet count was significantly increased by 11.96% in G6 compared to G2. The level of uric acid was significantly reduced by 64.29% in G7 compared to G2. Further, levels of calcium and phosphorous were significantly increased by 19.16% and 14.92%, respectively in the G9 compared to the G2. Moreover, the level of magnesium was significantly increased by 13.11% and 10.66% in G4 and G9 groups, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggests that the Biofield Treatment per se (The Trivedi Effect®) and Biofield Treated test formulation have shown significant immunomodulatory action as compared with the untreated product and unblessed rats. Therefore, the Biofield Treatment could be utilised against various immuno-related disorders such as neutropenia, asplenia, trauma, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, chronic lymphoid leukemia, stress, aging, etc.

Silver sulfadiazine is a topical antibiotic used on burnt tissues to prevent infection. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver sulfadiazine using PXRD, PSA, DSC, and TGA/DTG analysis. Silver sulfadiazine sample was divided into two parts. One part was considered as a control sample, which did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment. The PXRD analysis exhibited that the peak intensities of the treated silver sulfadiazine were significantly decreased from 14.5% to 54.5% compared with the control sample. The crystallite sizes of the treated sample were significantly altered from -48.9% to 6.4% compared to the control sample. The average crystallite size of the Biofield Energy Treated sample was found to be decreased by 13.99% as compared to the control sample. The particle sizes of the treated silver sulfadiazine were decreased significantly by 6.64% at d10 followed by d50 (-1.37%), d90 (-0.55%) and D(4,3) (-2.44%) compared to the control sample. The specific surface area of treated silver sulfadiazine was increased profoundly 11.23% compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was increased by 10.73%; whereas, the residue amount was decreased by 16.49% in the treated silver sulfadiazine compared with the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might lead to generate a new polymorphic form of silver sulfadiazine which would be more soluble, and bioavailable compared with the untreated sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treated silver sulfadiazine would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations which might offer a better therapeutic response on the derma against bacteria and superficial and partial thickness burn injuries.

Skin health and aging are the complex biological process influenced by several intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous) factors. Various skin-based therapies are currently available to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some side-effects such as scarring. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the human foreskin fibroblast (HFF-1) cell line and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) for skin health parameters like cell proliferation and synthesis of collagen. The rate of cellular proliferation in HFF-1 cells was identified, and the results found that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 152.38% compared to the negative control group. Additionally, the cell proliferation was also significantly increased by 71.43% in the Biofield Energy Treated cells compared to the negative control group. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 60.42% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM compared with the negative control group. Hence, the results exhibited a significant improvement of collagen synthesis and cellular proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM compared with the HFF-1 cell line. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM could be useful for the development of effective cosmetic products for the prevention and treatment of several skin problems such as erythema, contact dermatitis, skin aging, wrinkles, etc.

The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated CrO3 were significantly altered ranging from -63.06% to 357.95% and -41.82% to 420%, respectively; thus, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 70.46% compared with the control sample. The particle size values of the treated CrO3 were significantly increased by 434.85% (d10), 17.61% (d50), and 19.72% {D(4,3)}, respectively; therefore, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 80.56% compared with the control.The latent heat of fusion of the treated CrO3 was significantly increased by 33.18% compared with the control sample. The experimental results indicated that the Trivedi Effect® -Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might include a new polymorphic form of CrO3 which would show better powder flowability and lower solubility. It may lower the absorption, bioavailability and toxicity of CrO3 on inhalation, ingestion, chronic exposure, contact to skin and eye, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Along with the Biofield Energy Treated CrO3 would be veryuseful to the manufacturing industry.

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) for evaluation of skin health parameters such as proliferation rate and collagen level. The cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Treated HFF-1 cells. The HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 85% in the Biofield Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) reported with increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p≤0.01) increased in the Biofield Treated DMEM by 44.2%, while the Biofield Energy Treated cells did not showed significant change in collagen and proliferation rate as compared with control. Hence, the results concluded significant improved collagen and proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM as compared with the HFF-1 cell line.

The characteristics of cell morphology in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM without FBS (G6) group showed some changes in the cell morphology as evidenced a transition from spherical to elongate and also showed maturation compared to the G1 group. The level of TNF-α expression was significantly reduced by 23.15% in the G3 group compared to the G1 group. Moreover, the secretion of TNF-α was altered by 38.06%, 35.77%, and 282.49% in the G4, G5, and G6 groups, respectively compared to the G1 group. The overall results demonstrated that the Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment has an impact on DMEM and FBS by alteration of cell morphology and reducing the level of TNF-α expression in immune cell (RAW 264.7). Development of hair follicle is undergoing cycles of three phases like anagen, catagen, and telogen. Adequate hair growth is essential for social interaction and outlook in human life. In this context, the present study was performed for the assessment of the impact of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect® ) Treatment on the test item (1:1 ratio mixture of herbal extracts of Phyllantus emblica and Eclipta alba) in C57BL/6 mice. The test item was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the untreated and test item without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, which received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The study parameters like anagen induction and visual melanogenesis using skin biopsy technique were used in this experiment for the assessment of hair growth phages.The experimental results of the untreated and Biofield Energy Treated test item groups showed 50% and 60%, respectively of hair growth on dorsal clipped skin after topical application compared to the vehicle control group. Besides, the Biofield Energy Treated test item exhibited 60% melanogenesis after biopsy analysis in mice skin at the end of experiment compared with the vehicle control group. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treatment has the potential for hair growth promotion as evident via increased hair growth and melanogenesis. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect® ) Treatment could be useful as a hair growth promoter for various treatment of skin injuries and skin-related disorders like necrotizing fasciitis, actinic keratosis, sebaceous cysts, diaper rash, decubitus ulcer, etc.

Evaluation of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Berberine Chloride Using PXRD, PSA, and DSC Analysis

Berberine is one of the well-known traditional Chinese medicines and it has been significantly effective against various ailments. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on its physicochemical properties by using PXRD, PSA, TGA/DTG, and DSC analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts; the first part was considered as a control sample (without treatment), while the second part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by the Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and denoted as the treated sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered ranging from -28.78% to 115.15% and -15.76% to 241.38%, respectively; however the average crystallite size was increased significantly by 23.05% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle sizes were significantly increased by 16.89% (d10), 34.41% (d50), 21.88% (d90), and 22.85 % {D (4,3)}, which resulted in the significant increase in the specific surface area by 14.74% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The thermal analysis indicated 3.98% increase in weight loss and 3.64% decrease in the residue weight of the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th peaks of the treated sample were significantly altered by 224.78%, 7.93%, 8.92%, -9.05%, -45.82%, and 10.93%, respectively, compared to the control sample. The overall analysis indicated that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated berberine chloride might possess better solubility, absorption, and thermal stability compared to the untreated sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect® could be used in improving the bioavailability of berberine chloride and might be used for designing the novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations to combat various diseases.

Sulfamethoxazole is a broad spectrum antibiotic that acts as a bacteriostatic antibacterial agent. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of sulfamethoxazole with the help of advanced analytical techniques. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts. Among these, one part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biof-ield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as the treated sample. While the other part did not receive the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment called a control sample. The study revealed that the particle size values in the treated sample were significantly reduced by 19.71 % (d10), 6.28 % (d50), 5.40 % (d90), and 7.98 % {D (4, 3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 12.63 % compared with the untreated sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered significantly ranging from -32.49 % to 120.17 % and 0.45 % to 101.86 %, respectively; whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 33.13 % in the treated sample compared with the con-trol sample. The TGA data reported 8.35 % increase in total weight loss and 19.55 % significant reduction of the residual amount in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion was significantly increased by 10.34 % and the degradation temperature along with the corresponding latent heat of decomposition of the treated sample was increased by 5.52 % and 11.16 %, respectively compared with the untreated sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Conscious-ness Energy Healing Treatment might have created a new polymorphic form of sulfamethoxazole which would be better soluble and bioavailable compared with the untreated sample. The Trivedi Effect Treated sulfamethoxazole might be more beneficial for designing more efficacious novel nutraceutical / pharmaceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of various diseases such as urinary tract infections, ear infections, traveler’s diarrhea, shigellosis, bronchitis, and Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, etc.

Role of Vitamin D3 on Bone Health in Human Bone Osteosarcoma Cells (MG-63): Influence of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment

The aim was to evaluate the impact of Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health. The test items (TI), were divided into two parts. Percent bone mineralization was significantly increased by 186.86% and 188.23% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 10 µg/mL than untreated. It was further increased significantly by 224.04% and 156.72% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 50 µg/mL than untreated. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd peaks of the treated sample was increased by 1.54%, 0.13%, and 5.56% compared with the control sample. From the results, it was concluded that the biofield energy treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of 6-mercaptopurine which may offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, and bioavailability compared with the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated sample might form a new polymorph of silver sulfadiazine that possesses reduced particle size and improved thermal properties compared to the untreated sample. The wound healing activity using scratch assay is considered as a convenient in vitro tool for the assessment of wound healing. The present study deals with the optimization of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) using scratch assay against positive control, recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor (Hu EGF, 30 ng/mL). This methodwas used for the determination of cell proliferation and migration of fibroblast quantitatively in the scratched wounded area. The scratched area was monitored after 24 hours of wound closure in the Biofield Energy Treated HFF-1 cells and the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM groups, and the representative photomicrographs were taken in each wells using WimScratch Image analysis software. The results showed that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEMwassignificantly higher percentage of fibroblast migration i.e. 51.8%, while the migration was altered in the Biofield Energy Treated HFF-1 cell line compared to the baseline control group. In addition to, the percentage of scratch area was significantly decreased by 2.7% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group, while it was increased by 12% in the Biofield Treated cells group compared to the baseline control group. Overall, the experimental results concluded that The Trivedi Effect® has the significant capacity and wide implications in wound healing activity via cell culture media, DMEM as compared with the HFF-1 cell line directly. Biofield Energy Healing would be a complementary and alternative medicine that can be used against burn injury cases, acute wound, skin regeneration, eczema, diaper rash, chickenpox, measles, warts, acne, hives, wrinkles, ringworm, Rosacea, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, skin cancer, etc.

Assessment of Biofield Energy Treatment on Lung Health Using Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Line (A549)

Oxidative stress is one of the major molecular mechanism responsible for human lung diseases. The objective of the study was to examine the effect of a Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated DMEM medium for its anti-oxidative potential using various parameters such as the protection against oxidative stress and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), antioxidant enzyme activity in A549 cells. The test item, DMEM was divided into two parts. One part received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, while the other part did not receive any sort of treatment and is defined as the untreated DMEM group. The cell viability of the test sample using MTT assay showed 122.67% viable cells, indicating a safe and nontoxic profile of the test item. Protection against oxidative stress was significantly increased by 64.70% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. In addition, Antioxidant Enzyme (SOD) activity was significantly increased by 45.1% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Thus, these data suggest that Biofield Energy Healing Treatment showed a significant improvement of the Antioxidant Enzyme Activity (SOD level) along with an improved protection against oxidative damage, which can be used in various human lung disorders such as asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), lung malignancies and parenchymal lung diseases like idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and lung granulomatous diseases.

Antiaging Potential of Consciousness Energy Healing-Based Novel Proprietary Formulation

Elastin was significantly increased by 233.3%, 313.3%, and 637.8% at 0.01 µg/mL in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, respectively than untreated. Hyaluronic acid in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation was significantly increased by 191.8%, 461.0%, and 322.5%, respectively at 0.01 µg/mL than untreated. Melanin synthesis was significantly inhibited by 44.7% (10 µg/mL) and 45.2% (10 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, respectively contrast to untreated. Anti-wrinkling activity was improved with increased cell viability by 88.9% and 92.9% at 1 and 25 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation than untreated. Cell viability was significantly increased by 97.6% and 75.16% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation than untreated. The UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation showed increased cellular migration by 2722.2% (0.01 µg/mL) in HaCaT cells than untreated. Overall, result suggests that the Trivedi Effect® has shown significant beneficial effects on skin health parameters that might lead to its potential use in various aging-related disorders, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, skin cancer, rashes from bacterial or fungal infections, and many more skin diseases.

Impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing on the Proliferation of Plant, Mouse and Human Stem Cells

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Healing on the plant callus, mouse and human derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) for their cell count and cellular proliferation. All the three type stem cells and DMEM media for the stem cell culture were divided into two parts, one received Biofield Energy Treatment (known as The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment) by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi through the Healer’s unique Energy Transmission process remotely and defined as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) group. On day 9 after treatment, the plant callus flasks of mandukparni, amla, and Centella were observed and visualized which showed an increased percentage in weight of the callus by 11.4%, 24.9%, and 51.7%, respectively as compared with the untreated groups. In addition, stem cell assay in murine bone marrow derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) showed an increased cellular proliferation by 115.2%, 127.6%, 161.9%, and 123.6%, in Biofield Energy Treated DMEM in the passage 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Similarly, human derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Adipose-Derived (AD-MSC) cells showed a significant increased cell count by 139%, 119%, and 182% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group with the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The study parameters were assessed using cell viability by MTT, collagen synthesis, and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) on bone health using ELISA-based assay. The test formulation and DMEM media were divided into two parts. One part received the Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and defined as the Biofield Treated (BT) sample, while other was denoted as the Untreated (UT) samples. MTT assay using test formulation showed greater than 76% cell viability, suggested safe and nontoxic profile at tested concentrations. Cell proliferation data using BrdU method showed an improved cell proliferation by 127.92% and 121.20% at 50 µg/mL in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation groups, respectively compared with the untreated group. The collagen level was significantly increased by 13.08%, and 15.98% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. The level of elastin was increased by 28.09% at 50 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group, compared with the untreated group. Hyaluronic acid level was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 86.10% and 35.14% at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, melanin synthesis was significantly inhibited by 16.96% at 10 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. Anti-wrinkling effect exhibited improved cell viability by 65.63% and 69.95% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. In vitro wound healing activity using scratch assay significantly improved healing rate and cell migration upto 58.55% in the HFF-1 cells in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group, while upto 231.25% in HaCaT cells lines in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. From these results, it can be concluded that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated PLGA may show better flowability, shape, and appearance compared with the control PLGA. Moreover, the level of ALT enzyme activity was significantly (p≤0.01) reduced by 53.2% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Cholesterol level was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 37.35% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Altogether, results suggested that Biofield Treatment significantly improved liver function. The particle size values were significantly increased by 14.37% (d10), 9.94% (d50), 7.9% (d90), and 9.41% [D(4,3)]; hence, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 10.58% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -97.25% to 401.64% and -63.08% to 344.35%, respectively, however, average crystallite size was significantly increased by 24.4% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 7.64% and 12.13%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 1.34%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 76.46% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treatment might generate a new polymorphic form of metronidazole which would offer better powder flow ability and more thermos table compared with the control sample. The treated metronidazole would be very useful in designing better pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic responses against the bacterial infections in the vagina, stomach, liver, skin, joints, brain, and respiratory tract, aspiration pneumonia, fungating wounds, rosacea, abdominal infections, periodontitis, amoebiasis, etc.

Silver sulfadiazine is a topical sulfa drug antibiotic that is used by burn patients to prevent the bacterial infection. This study was aimed to analyze the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver sulfadiazine with the help of various analytical techniques. Additionally, the total weight loss was reduced by 1.86%; however, the residue amount was increased by 2.88% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Hence, the Biofield Treatment might be considered as a novel approach to generate a new polymorph of silver sulfadiazine that is more soluble, bioavailable, and thermally stable, which could be useful in designing a novel pharmaceutical formulation for better therapeutic response against various type of bacterial disease.

Hair follicle growth and maturation are potentially useful for the treatment of skin injuries and diseases. For this consequence, the present study has investigated the potential of the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test item (William’s Medium E) on the vibrissae hair follicle organ culture cells for the assessment of hair cell growth and development in vitro. The test item was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the untreated test item without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The study parameters like bulb thickness and formation of telogen were assessed using cell-based assay with the help of UTHSCSA Image tool version 3. The experimental results showed that the untreated test item group showed 20% and 26.67% increased bulb thickness on day 5 and 7, respectively compared to the day 1. Besides, the percent of telogen follicle in the Biofield Energy Treated test item group exhibited 57%, 86%, and 100% on day 3, 5, and 7, respectively compared to day 1. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treatment has the potential for hair growth promotion as evident via increased the formation of telogen. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment might be useful as a hair growth promoter for various treatment of skin injuries and skin-related disorders like necrotizing fasciitis, actinic keratosis, sebaceous cysts, diaper rash, decubitus ulcer, etc.

The bone health is an important part of healthy-life and longevity in current situation due to huge toxins and contaminants in the environment and food chain. Considering the importance of bone health in the modern era, the present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of the Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment on Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) in which the human bone osteosarcoma cells - MG-63 (ATCC® CRL-1427™) was grown for the assessment of bone cell proliferation and differentiation in vitro. The study parameters were assessed using cell viability by MTT assay, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and collagen synthesis on bone health using ELISA-based assay. The cell viability was significantly increased by 24% in the Biofield Energy Treated group supplemented with 10% charcoal-dextran with fetal bovine serum (CD-FBS) (G3) compared to the untreated cells group (G1). The level of ALP was significantly increased by 72% in the G3 group compared to the G1 group. Additionally, the level of collagen synthesis was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 19% in the G3 group compared to the G1 group. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM has the potential for bone mineralization and bone cells growth as evident via increased levels of collagen and ALP. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment could be useful as a bone health promoter for various bone-related disorders like low bone density, osteogenesis imperfecta, and osteoporosis, etc.

Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment: Impact on the Physicochemical and Thermal Characteristics of Folic Acid

Folic acid is essential in the body for the production of DNA and also plays various vital functions within the body. This study on folic acid was done to analyze the results of the Trivedi Effect® on its physicochemical and thermal properties with the help of analytical techniques. The method involves dividing the test sample into two parts. The first part was termed as a control sample, and no treatment was given to it; while the second part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as the treated sample. The study revealed that the particle sizes reduced by 2.86%(d10), 6.34%(d50), 17.22%(d90), and 11.30%{D(4,3)}, thus increased the surface area by 1.72%, in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The PXRD data showed changes in the peak intensities and crystallite sizes ranging from -36.81% to 113.41% and -15.79% to 318%, respectively, thus increased in the average crystallite size by 22.55% of the treated sample compared with the control sample. The TGA analysis of the treated sample revealed a 3.94% increase in total weight loss that resulted in the remarkable reduction in the residual amount by 14.99%, in comparison to the untreated sample. The latent heat of fusion (ΔHfusion) and latent heat of decomposition (ΔHdegradation) were significantly altered by -10.33% and 10.46%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the untreated sample. The study denoted that the Biofield Energy Treatment is a novel approach that could be used to develop some polymorph of folic acid and that might improve its solubility, dissolution, and bioavailability in comparison to the control sample. Hence, the treated folic acid in the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations might be useful concerning better drug performance and efficacy.
