The presentation here is based on the presumption that the total energy of a particle and photon in a gravitational field is localized and conserved. A mass particle thus entering a static gravitational field has an increasing velocity, but a decreasing rest mass, or a mass defect. The total energy is conserved. This also means that as a photon rises in a gravitational field there is no loss of energy, and therefore a photon escapes the most intense field, precluding the formation of a black hole. Since there is no energy change in an accelerating particle technically gravitation is not a force. It will be shown that such a theory of gravitation can be developed, that properly predicts known dynamic, has proper covariant transformations, the proper Shapiro velocity, and does not require formulation in curved space. Noether’s theorem definitively shows that contrary to all other forces, energy cannot be conserved nor localized in a Riemannian gauge field representation. It is presumed here that this is a flaw in GR, and it is asserted here that Noether’s theorem is not an indicator of a physical reality, but an indicator of the approximate nature of GR. This can best be tested in the observation of the properties of objects cited to be black holes. There are points of this development that are testable, and provable or disprovable in experiments on Black Holes and, Event Horizons.

binaries, yet the two distributions have not been compared so far. The distribution of 4559
brightest nearby stars was matched with that of American adults at the age of 18-65 years. It
was found that the mean values of the distributions of star multiples and US households are
almost identical (2.04 vs. 2.03). Moreover, a strong resemblance between the two curves is
evident. Monte Carlo simulations suggest that this result is significant at a confidence level

I describe a universe in which all universal matter is of zero rest mass and is traveling
at the speed of light (this class of universe is hereinafter abbreviated ALSU). In this
universe motion through space is a result of constant rate repetition of discrete swift
microscopic leaps averaging to a smooth-like motion at C in the macroscopic scale.
All matter in this universe is composed of EMPs (see Article 1), and the difference
between photons whose speed of light is recognized in the macroscopic scale of
reality and between particles whose speed of light is not recognized as motion in the
macroscopic scale, is in the symmetry of their EMP based structures. While bosons
have semispherical structural symmetry, fermions have spherical structural symmetry.
Photons thus follow geodesic lines in their motion, while other elementary ALSU
particles are exercising their microscopic light speed leaps, frenetically joggling
around a local mid point, with the directional leap of each EMP in their construction
being cancelled out by a consequent leap of another EMP moving in the opposite
direction. In such a universe particles and photons are on an equal footing, they are
constructed from the same building blocks, have the same speeds, the same ticking
rate of time, the same zero rest mass and the same light speed mass per each EMP
participating in their construction. The physicists residing in this ALSU unfortunately
live in the macroscopic world, and are thus unaware of said equal footing. Since they
are able to recognize only the macroscopic averages of the microscopic light speed
leaps of particles, they mess up everything: they relate to fermionic particles as if they
are at rest, to their light speed masses as if they were rest masses, and to small
differential values in the particles� light speeds as absolute small speeds.
Consequently they invent relativity theories, and finally become confused of the
inconsistency of such theories with the quantum realm. I guess you will not be
surprised to find out that according to MCS Physics this hypothetical universe is the
one in which we happen to reside.

I deduce that the interaction between EMPs and space �units� (hereinafter spacents) is
the origin of Energy and that mass is nothing more or less than �amount of kinetic
energy�. This allows me to conclude that dark energy does not exist. I further deduce
that the EMP is the minimal photon in nature and that EMPs move through space in
the speed of light, not only when participating in photon constructions but also as

The paper is about 'absolute logic': an approach to logic that differs from the standard first-order logic and other known approaches. The Strong Force is unique in that it changes from repulsive to attractive as the distance between

The essence of mass and its relation to the relativistic energy is considered. It is assumed that the rest energy is equal to the total binding energy of the body and can be found through the energies of fundamental fields associated with the substance of the body. Mass as a measure of inertia is calculated by relativistic energy and relativistic momentum. The conclusion is made that after radiation of energy from a system the mass of the system must not decrease, but increase. The opposite case is heating of bodies by external sources, which must be accompanied by an increase in entropy and decrease in the mass of the bodies. On the basis of strong gravitation the mass defect of atomic nuclei is explained. Quantum mechanics (QM) has the problem of lacking a coherent conceptual foundation, even if its quantitative algorithms are functionally adequate. This paper appraises the conceptual logic beneath quantum mechanics, using as the point of reference a novel alternative conceptual framework called the cordus conjecture. If the cordus conjecture is correct then the comparison suggests that quantum mechanics is conceptually fallacious in several areas: (1) Particles need not be zero-dimensional points after all. (2) Bell�s theorem is refuted as being not universally applicable, and the principle of locality also fails. (3) The wavefunction is a mathematical approximation of a deeper reality, and superposition is not a physical state. (4) Superposition confounds positional and causal (temporal) variability, and this causes the weirdness of the QM interpretations. (5) Cordus identifies the factors that cause decoherence and (6) explains why quantum mechanics does not scale up to macroscopic objects. (7) It is fallacious to consider fields and particles as independent phenomena. Instead they are closely coupled in the cordus, and this explains the measurement context. Several core principles of QM are thereby refuted. The paradox of Schr�dinger�s Cat is explained as an artefact of these flawed premises. The paper also explains why the mathematical machinery of quantum mechanics is a reasonable approximation to reality, even if the concepts are not. The mathematics works, at least within a certain scale-range where: (a) things look like particles and the proposed cordus structure is not evident (i.e. not too small) and (b) where body-coherence is attainable (i.e. not too large). Outside of that range quantum mechanics seems neither conceptually nor mathematically relevant. The same analysis predicts QM is unlikely to scale down to the next deeper level of physics. The implications are that QM is profoundly deficient in its conceptual foundations, and is only an approximation of a deeper and more logically consistent mechanics.

Here in this �paper� a deeper analysis of the �dark energy force formula� in the
Double Torus Cosmology is made. Earlier �papers� were posted as �pre-papers� in the
vixra-archive. These are subject to a new cosmological hypothesis, being further described
in higher order mathematics in the near future by Christopher Forbes. I have found
evidence through an unexpected interpretation of CMB results, that the �dark energy force
formula� appears to be a functional �recalculation-mechanism� for quantum gravity.

This work presents a critical yet previously unnoticed property of the units of some constants, able
of supporting a new, self-similar, model of the universe. This model displays a variation of scale
with invariance of dimensionless parameters, a characteristic of self-similar phenomena displayed
by cosmic data. The model is deducted from two observational results (expansion of space and
invariance of constants) and has just one parameter, the Hubble parameter. Somewhat surprisingly,
classic physical laws hold both in standard and comoving units, except for a small new term in the
angular momentum law that is beyond present possibilities of direct measurement. In spite of having
just one parameter, the model is as successful as the ΛCDM model in the classic cosmic tests, and
a value of H0 = 64 kms-1Mpc-1 is obtained from the fitting with supernovae Ia data from Union
compilation. It is shown that in standard units the model corresponds to Big Bang cosmologies,
namely to the ΛCDM model, unveiling what dark energy stands for. This scaling (dilation) model is a
one-parameter model that seems able of fitting cosmic data, that does not conflict with fundamental
physical laws and that is not dependent on hypotheses, being straightforwardly deducted from the
two observational results above mentioned.

Based on Richard Feynman�s argument in rejection of Fatio/Le-Sage�s gravity, I
indicate that dark energy, or the �something� that pushes galaxies apart must do its
magic without killing inertia of the galactic matter rotational motion. I then turn to
investigate the Hubble expansion: independent studies from different areas of physics
reveal that the age of the universe is closely 13.7Gy. This substantially corresponds to
the inverse of the Hubble parameter H0. I suggest that our era is not unique: the age of
the universe at any given time ATB is equal to the inverse of the Hubble parameter at
the given time. I propose to substitute the conventional Hubble parameter H0 which
relates to expansion of distances, by a volumetric form of the same, vH0,
corresponding to the volumetric expansion of space. A formula is derived
accordingly, which connects between the volumetric Hubble parameter at any given
age of the universe, the volumetric Hubble parameter at any other given age, and the
time separation between these two ages. Logical study of the formula reveals that the
Hubble expansion is analogous to, and may actually result from, an addition of
constant amount of space �units� per a unit of time, into the universe. I postulate that
space itself possesses the peculiar property of interacting with matter in a selective
manner which on the one hand results with a drag thereby producing the universal
expansion, and on the other complies with Feynman�s argument and does not result
with an inertia killing drag. In the initiation of the bang, the first constant amount
entered a zero volume gravity free universe, since gravity depends on the presence of
space, and was able to occur only after a time delay T2 (see Article 2) each EMP must
experience before it builds up its field and before it can respond to fields generated by
others. In the absence of gravity, no energy nor inflaton were required for initiating
the bang and for dragging the elementary particles apart merely by space units
entering in between. I further postulate that as a phenomenon of space, gravity is
distributed volumetrically. Consequently, for cosmological distances the propagation
of gravity becomes slower than the expansion of space, thus receding galaxies are
gravitationally unbounded. It follows that the Hubble expansion does not require any
sort of energy, since there is no gravitational attraction to defeat, nor inertia to
produce.

The main features of how to build a Born�s Reciprocal Gravitational
theory in curved phase-spaces are developed. The scalar curvature of the
8D cotangent bundle (phase space) is explicitly evaluated and a generalized
gravitational action in 8D is constructed that yields the observed
value of the cosmological constant and the Brans-Dicke-Jordan Gravity
action in 4D as two special cases. It is found that the geometry of the
momentum space can be linked to the observed value of the cosmological
constant when the curvature in momentum space is very large, namely
the small size of P is of the order of (1/RHubble). More general 8D actions
can be developed that involve sums of 5 distinct types of torsion squared
terms and 3 distinct curvature scalars R,P, S. Finally we develop a Born�s
reciprocal complex gravitational theory as a local gauge theory in 8D of
the deformed Quaplectic group that is given by the semi-direct product
of U(1, 3) with the deformed (noncommutative) Weyl-Heisenberg group
involving four noncommutative coordinates and momenta. The metric is
complex with symmetric real components and antisymmetric imaginary
ones. An action in 8D involving 2 curvature scalars and torsion squared
terms is presented.

Special Relativity Theory (SRT) has two postulates, one stating that the laws of physics are the same for
all observers, and the other stating that the speed of light is the constant 186,000 miles per second, regardless of
any reference frames. As a result of these postulates, SRT renders predictions such as: 1) No object can travel
faster than 186,000 miles per second (the speed of light itself); 2) On approaching the speed of light, a moving
object contracts in length in the direction of motion, while 3) a clock traveling with the object slows down; 4)
The mass of an object multiplied by the square of the speed of light gives energy ( E = mc2 ); i.e., mass could be
converted to energy and vice versa; 5) Observers do not agree on the simultaneity of events - two events that are
simultaneous for one observer might not be simultaneous for another.
There are evident inconsistencies among these predictions. There is also a philosophical problem relating
to the nature of reality. Could there be more than one reality in Nature; that is, can reality be subjective, and
only a matter of interpretation? This paper explores the evident inconsistencies and the philosophical problem
by developing arguments and providing numerical examples.
