Comments to the Idea of a Warp Drive.

Authors: A.V. Antipin

The paper presents general considerations, that show that the WARP devices will not be able to provide the expected superluminal velocity of moving objects. The actual speed of the moving objects using WARP will not exceed (c/2), i.e. HALF the speed of light. The article is based on the materials of the report made on December 03, 2017.
