Dark matter and dark energy are auxilliary hypotheses added to the standard cosmology model to explain both Milgrom's galaxy rotation laws and accelerating expansion. This paper looks at a different mechanism to Einstein's general relativity (GR) that explains the warping of spacetime as a direct consequence of the forming of fundamental particles from blue, green and red spin zero virtual preons in groups of eight. At solar system scale it obeys GR, at galaxy scale it obeys Milgrom, and at cosmic scale it accelerates expansion. Space has to be flat on average with no need of inflation or a critical density. It does this in a manner that fits closely with key observational phenomena.
