In 1990 (three years ago), prolactinoma was suspected as prolactinoma in blood and suspected prolactinoma, contrast MRI of Turkish saddle was enforced at A University Hospital Although it was not discovered despite the fact that microadenoma was definitely present when it was minutely read, it was a patient who had been follow-up as it was.
