The paper deals with an ability of Laminine to induce pH-variation in isolated water. The acidic shift was measured in the isolated container with water in spite of that routine mixing Laminine in water causes the alkaline-shift. The phenomenon is explained due to a reduction of the potential barrier between hydronium ions caused by local spinning fields produced by Laminine.
