Universal Graphitation

We extend quantum mechanics by proposing three additional postulates. Through their introduction, we construct a quantum theory where gravitation emerges from quantum entanglement. This new quantum theory reproduces the observations of the $\Lambda$CDM model of cosmology, predicting the existence of the black hole quanta $ m_{\text{on}} = \dfrac{\hbar c}{\sqrt{c G \hbar}}$ and the vacuum quanta $m_{\text{off}} = \dfrac{\Lambda \hbar^{3/2} \sqrt{G}}{c^{5/2}}$. Finally, we propose an experiment for the formers direct detection.
