Formation of a magnetic field due to a current calculation based upon the inflaton, and also the addition of material as to how Pre Plackian to Planckian Gravi Magnetic field construction may relate to Maxwell's equations. The linkage as to Squeezed GW states alluded to, plus deformation mechanics.

Comments: Added 6 pages as to a fifth force calculation of E and B fields, as an appendix entry, with a comment as to how it links to the inflaton genreated B field(comparing the two methods)
