A Formalized Implied Integral

In this document, we define a fully formalized notion of the ``Implied Integral'' which works for a broad variety of symbolic expressions. We show that it is equal to the ordinary integral up to a generalized constant term, and we show that this generalized constant is in some sense optimal.
