The real asset approach towards bubbles and cycles as consequently crisis is explained by the monetary mechanism of economic rent from the land value of natural resources and locational value of buildings, i.e. further capital formation is inhibited by this kind of value extraction from the working body economic in physical patterns of cyclical crises.
