In the present paper, the model of Expansive Nondecelerative Universe is analysed. The model involves an assumption of the nonexistence of big bang, inflation phase of expansion, dark energy, and extradimensions. Utilizing the model allows localize the energy of gravitation field, quantify the gravitation field and establish the Universe wavefunction. The exact value of the mass of the Higgs boson (mH = 125.39 GeV) and the axion (max = 1.28 106 eV) is calculated. The value of the neutron dipole moment (1.8 1030 ecm) is predicted.
