In this article I propose a geometrical structure for a magnetic monopole constructed from Planck time, elementary charge, -c and the fine structure constant alpha. The electron frequency, as constructed from these monopoles, suggests that the charge distribution of the electron is perfectly symmetrical. As a monopole comprises a 1/3rd part of electron charge, it is analogous to the quark and so if all charges emanate from this monopole, even if charges have opposite polarity, their magnitudes must be equivalent, the charge differences between the proton and electron for example being geometrical rather than physical. Furthermore, these formulas suggest a Planck unit theory.
