Gravitoelectromagnetism (Gem), Lagrange Equations and Faraday Induction Law

Recently gravitoelectromagnetism ("GEM") has been discussed by a number of authors. In this paper, after a brief reminder of viXra:1008.0042 "An interpretation of the laws of gravity and inertia", it is shown that the law of motion and the gravitoelectromagnetic fields can be deduced from the Lagrange function of a non relativistic particle in a non inertial reference frame. The discussion has been extended to the Faraday induction law: a gravity field can be induced in a loop if the gravitomagnetic flux through the loop is changed.
