Using Jiang function we prove that if J_{2}(ω) ≠ 0 then there are infinitely many primes P
such that each of jP^{4} + k - j is a prime, J_{2}(ω) = 0 then there are finite primes P such
that each of jP^{4} + k - j is a prime.
